Unfortunately, it is very easy to get into the pavement maintenance business and if you contract with someone who is only after your money, you may not be very happy in the end.
Another thing you should look at is their standing within the community. This is evident by projects they have completed in the community as well as documented on the Better Business Bureau website. When companies pay to be accredited through the BBB, they are saying “we welcome your feedback – good or bad, and are committed to providing you with quality service and workmanship”.
